5. The deliverable: a one-page Giving Plan covering your mission statement, focus areas, budget, and a "how I say yes/no" filter for requests

6. Starter list of 3–5 vetted nonprofits in your focus areas

4. Introductions to leaders at 8–10 organizations

5. Giving strategy decisions: guidance on things like shifting to unrestricted from project funding, structuring multi-year gifts, leveraging intermediaries and utilizing impact investments

6. Coordination meeting with your wealth advisor to line the plan up with your giving vehicle (DAF, appreciated stock, QCDs, etc.). We make the strategy; they handle the tax and investment side

7. Multi-year Philanthropic Roadmap: a 3-year plan, grant calendar, and simple framework for measuring impact
